Each Sunday morning we pick our individual distance starting at 2 kilometres with no upper limit. Then, at 11am, we meet for a virtual coffee via Zoom.
Some weeks there will be guest speakers and optional challenges to help with motivation, enjoyment and variety.
We also hold mid-week classes for strength and mobility to help with running, recovery and self care.
